iCloud
LaunchCuts stores some of your data in Apple’s iCloud service, such as your folders, preferences, and a list of the shortcuts installed on your device. This allows the app to sync features between between all devices signed into your Apple ID.
GitHub
The LaunchCuts website and documentation is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub’s privacy policy is located here.
The LaunchCuts Helper shortcut checks a file hosted on GitHub pages to see if there is a newer update to the shortcut periodically or on demand.
Club Shortcuts Mailing List
We collect information that you provide to us, including:
- Account information you provide if you sign up to be a member of Club Shortcuts, including your email address and name
- Information you provide if you enter a giveaway or other promotion related to the Services
- Information you provide in response to polls, surveys, and similar communications with us
- Transaction and billing information if you purchase something from us

Ads and analytics
LaunchCuts does not display any ads. If you have allowed Apple to share crash information with developers, some technical error logging may be shared with us.
Third-party links and content
LaunchCuts displays shortcuts which may link to or display content from third-parties. These have their own independent privacy policies, and we have no responsibility or liability for their content or activities.
